Important note: runners must participate in three practices to compete in Saturday meets.

Team jerseys will be handed out on the bus ride before each meet. We ask that athletes wear black shorts (preferred) or navy blue shorts with their jerseys. If your runner prefers to wear a shirt with their jersey, please ensure it is also black or navy blue.
